We combine a talk about relationships/Theology of the Body/St. JPII's teachings on Human Sexuality with Adoration, Confession, Live music, and fellowship. We'll host these at St. Albert the Great outside in the courtyard and sanctuary. 7-9 pm

CYA - Halloween Party

Hey CYA!! Saturday, October 29th, we will have our annual Halloween party!! 🥳🎃👻🎉

The party will be from from 7-11pm - and should be a great time! 🎉 RSVP for address.

We’ll have food there and tons of decorations! Feel free to byo-treats & drinks 🍭🍾

There will be 4 categories for the costume contest! Here they are:

  • Best overall

  • Best group costume (2 or more people)

  • Best saint/holy costume

  • Most creative

We will also do voting for best jack-o-lantern! 🎃Feel free to bring your own carved pumpkin for the contest!

We cant wait to see everyone on the 29th! It should be a lot of fun and a great first CYA event as well if you’re new to the community!! Feel free to bring friends and hope to see yall there! 🎉🥳🎃👻

  • St Austin’s School is looking for volunteers to help with their annual Halloween Hoot! We'll staff booths with games and other fun activities for our families at St Austin’s School. 

  • The 8th grader’s Haunted House will bring fear to even the most resolute adult.

  • An after-party at the near-by Bouldin Acres will follow.

GAP - Crafting Milagros for Our Lady w/ Mitzi Eastman

Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022, 7:15 PM @ Parish Ministry Center (500 W MLK Jr. Blvd.)

Mitzi Eastman will guide us through the spirituality and practice of making milagros, pieces of Mexican folk art representing the prayers of our hearts.

Your piece can be something you make as a gift or a piece to treasure at your home altar.

As we'll be painting and gluing, please wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

A $5 offering is requested to offset supply costs.

Dinner will be served at 6:30 before we meet at 7:15 PM.

St. Vincent de Paul Young Adult Ministry will be attending the Saturday Vigil Mass as a group at 5PM. After Mass, we will all meet up and carpool to the Georgetown Fall Festival for Fall festivities such as apple cannons, corn maze, fireworks, pumpkin picking etc.!

Attendance to the Fall festival is $25 per person.
